And here I am, little ole me in big ole Texas, blogging for the first time. Perhaps I should not listen to my friends. However, when said friends' opinions are backed up by the same opinion that my 10th grade English teacher had; I suppose someone knows what they are talking about.
So, this is my blog. My tiny, insignificant spot on the web. A place to vent my angst, unburden my soul, and like a sorbet, cleanse my writing palate. I cannot say there will be any rhyme or reason to this blog. It is simply my "random jumbled thoughts." How I feel about various events, politics, religion and a myriad of other subjects. I will state up front that I am a Christian and Conservative...two dirty "C" words if you are on the opposing side. Sorry, can't be anyone but who I am.
MT - if this turns out badly, I'm going to haunt you, my friend. As always, thank you for your unfailing friendship, support, encouragement, and editor's eye (please be gentle). Do you realize it has been nearly 10 years since I wrote "early fall night?" Funny how those three little words started a very kewl friendship.

FIRST. POST. EVAAARR! Mhu hah hah! Well I just wanted to (and in fact am going to) welcome you to the wild, crazy, world of the blogosphere. I'm glad that you took the plunge. Ten years huh? Holy cow, I think I aged two by just reading that! Now the first thing about blogging is make sure that you visit places and comment on their blogs. They come back and comment on you. It's a beautiful thing! So hey, welcome and stuff!
